Leicester fans will be better to judge this but Geno is absolutely unreal. I currently have Drew Sullivan as the best players I've watched in a riders jersey, but Geno may end up taking that title!
What do the rest of you think?

I think hes absolutely amazing. One of the best players I've ever seen at Riders. And definitely brings the excitement factor. Someone you really enjoy watching.
He impacts the game in so many ways. Probably the best handles in the league. Very few players can stay in front of him. And even when they do he makes a jumper over them. Going downhill he gets to the rim so effortlessly but also has a nice floater and pull up jumper. Can draw an entire team's defence and still finish but is equally adept at finding the open man on the drive as he reads the floor well. Seems to make tough mid range jumpers when teams do keep him out of the paint. Gets to the foul line a lot too. And would probably shoot an extra 2/3 a game if he wasnt a young American new to the league. Means he can put up points even when not shooting the ball that well from the field.
He is also a committed defender. Moves his feet well, fights through screens, has good quick hands. Got decent if not amazing size for a pg.
He's definitely got that swagger that a lot of the top players have. Clearly a high IQ guy too.
For me he has the potential to be the best import in the Robbie P era. Although we likely have to win something for him to be remembered that way. He wont surpass Sulli as he wont be here long enough. Doesn't mean he couldn't be classed as a better player but before Sulli signed we were lucky to make the play offs. By the time he left a second place finish and a cup win was considered a disappointing season. No one will ever forget that. Will take a hell of a lot for me to ever put someone over Sulli. Still remeber the day we signed him!
Back to Geno, I think the only thing you could say is that his 3 point shot is not consistent enough. If he could shoot 40+% from deep I think hed be capable of playing in some of Europe's top leagues. He'd maybe need to cut down on his turnovers too. If you want a guy to play defence splitting behind the back passes whilst spinning his defender then you live with a few TO but ideally youd like to bring them down a smidge if you're talking going up a level or two.
Just hope I get to see him play in person although I reckon that's probably unlikely unfortunately.

I do wonder with the uncertainty will players wanna stick around in the bbl consistent money and family friendly clubs instead of traveling to some back water team in Eastern Europe!! Eagles have managed to do it for years!

At first you think hes a very good point guard then he does something that leaves you standing there mouth open. The explosiveness of him is incredible. I'd love riders to be able to keep him as he is superb to watch

I'd love riders to be able to keep him as he is superb to watch I imagine Rob will be hugely keen to retain Crandall as PG but will finances allow? Sport is about winning but it's entertainment too and he brings that in bucket loads. Fingers crossed.

He's the best PG in the league by some distance. That's no disrespect to others, Fletch & Justin in particular are both very good in this league & I'd never want Justin to leave Lions but Crandell is a different level, I'd love to see him play live, almost as much as I want to see Liggins play live. It now looks like there's no chance this season as the scheduled date for the play-off final is a day before fans are provisionally allowed back into an I door venue.

If you don't like that you don't like BBL Basketball! Rex Pflueger was still looking for the ball whilst DNH was putting home. Keep up Rex.....

They are actually 3 players with very different skill sets and thus hard to compare.
Robinson. : The best shooter of the three. (49% threes) Traditional floor leader / v efficient. Few turnovers. Fletcher : Quickest : purest pg in relation to finding his guys in scoring position, amazing big game record. (41% threes) Crandall : Hardest to guard 1v1 and in s&r : enormous variety of dribbling moves and best finisher both at the rim and within 15 feet. (both above and below the rim). 33% threes.
All three have ridiculously high (for the bbl) basketball IQs.
