Wonderful reaction after the last two terrible performances. Excellent shooting and great efforts in defence. Who needs a squad of 12 when you've 6 or 7 quality players. Crandell apart, I think we've got the best backcourt in the league at the moment. How can you lose to Surrey then beat riders?? |

So considering about a week ago most rival supporters had already wrote the League off and presented Riders with the league trophy, How do you all feel now we have just lost our last two games, Do we still make room in the trophy cabinet or are you giving it to Vince and his circus. Same as before, riders could afford 2 losses, eagles sharks and lions have all lossed more games since so nobody’s made any gains except Plymouth B and they were 2 far back anyway Even given Riders recent results it's still theirs to lose, Lions need to go through the rest of the season unbeaten to win the league & unless there's a change in their body language/belief/passion that's not going to happen. They've totally lost their swagger & arrogance which they showed for only a very few games, if that returns who knows? It does seem that Riders have lost their ability to close out games, they don't seem as mentally strong as in previous seasons but you'd back Rob to put that right. |
