Mathematically, if Leicester Riders win this, they win the Championship title (I think). Correct, but if they lose it, then they have to win on both Friday vs Glasgow at home, and on Sunday vs Phoenix in Cheshire. Unless. of course, Lions also lose to someone else ... highly unlikely. |

It'd be sickening if Lions managed to take the league title after we've led the pack for so long. On the other hand, if we win what an achievement that'd be. This has been one of the most competitive seasons with all manner of surprising results.

Agreed, but currently, with all the injuries/knocks that Riders are trying to manage, I believe that Lions are the stronger team, so I will be happy if Riders just get through tonight’s match without further injuries, and concentrate on winning their last two games. |

Killed by their 3 point shooting and our inability to shoot them. Lee was superb but so was Williams. Turnovers hurt us badly too. Well played Lions.

I didn't hear it but the little I saw was with the sound down, however Nigel is a really good co-commentator(but a poor game day coach) who is generally very fair in his comments. However it is Leicester so if he has a little hate, all the better & we all know everyone hates Lions( even more than Riders which is quite an achievement!!) so what he said was probably fair!! |

I have given up trying to understand this Riders team's performances. Any notion of there being a consistent 3-point threat in their offence seems to have dried up. But why? And how is is that a team with a generally solid defence has all of a sudden decided to let itself get 15-16 points down? What? Why? I know there are carrying a few injuries but I can't see that explains these two key points.
