We need another ibeh style big to keep our defense up. Also we could do with another bench scorer!! The second leg against London showed that when mcgill struggled and Hamilton had an odd day we struggled!!

I cannot understand how PJ has still got his job!
Underperformed for years, big budget this season & still nothing to show for it. I know Lions also underperformed but at least they did win something and were runners up in everything else.
Players clearly didn't buy in to his philosophy or two wouldn't have jumped ship before the end of the season.
If Plymouth really want to move forward they have to clear him out & bring someone in who can actually do the job.

If Plymouth really want to move forward they have to clear him out & bring someone in who can actually do the job. Sorry, but with with respect, I have to disagree with your comparison. Lions failed in the European Championship qualifiers, the Europe Cup, the BBL league and the BBL cup. They scraped a trophy victory, with the biggest budget by a long shot. A budget in fact that I understand is still unexplained. PJ on the other hand took the squad from 9th to 3rd and won the most games in Raiders history (33). Vince had a worse season than previously with a substantially larger budget. He should go if anyone does. I stand by PJ’s performance at Raiders. And in terms of two players leaving before the season was out, one went because of the death of a close relative and the other because of an opportunity to be in a film. Even with that, we still ran you ragged in the semis, so ask yourself who really didn’t buy into the club’s philosophy. If I was a Lions fan, I’d be throughly embarrassed at the past season.
