Saddened to see that Anderson won't be playing for Riders again. He has been a hugely important part of our club's success and I wish him all the best for the future. We will struggle to hire a better defender.

Not totally surprised by this after the couple's recent marriage. Good luck to him. Provides an opportunity for freshening up the roster.

Article states he wants to move out of the area to be with Georgia. Presuming that means Manchester area…. Giants or a return to Ellesmere Port?

It frees up budget to sign one or more young British players.
I'd like to see Kyle Jimenez and Josh McSwiggan added to teh squad. If he's available Andre Arissol too.
All theree have developed in the Riders program from Chanrnwood upwards

Although I've sometimes been disappointed in his performances, he's undoubtedly been a very good Riders player for many seasons past.
Good luck to him in whatever he and his new family have planned for their future.

True, but a good coach, and Rob is a very good coach, knows how to get the best out of differing types of players.
