On paper he looks like he'll dominate this league, I just hope he comes over motivated and in shape as the league will be getting a bit of an animal.

Ben Thomas quietly doing a great job at. He’s hire. Looks a great signing. I actually think Ben's done a really really solid job since getting the job.
He had a lot of cynics when he got it (most of them Cheshire fans actually!), but I'm glad he's making a good go of it. Only going to get better with age too - people forget hes the youngest coach in the league by a good few years - I think Gareth Murray is next in line?

I agree, hes had a huge amount of success and players seem to really want to play for him, could see him progressing higher in the coaching ranks in the next 10 years |

Certainly looks like a quality signing.
Ben has proved to be an excellent appointment for Cheshire, he's been allowed to develop & is proving to be a shrewd recruiter & coach.
