Steady away and they have ok British core. If three imports of quality they will be fighting at the bottom of the league with Bristol, Sheffield and Surrey I believe. Just hope they can stick around last year 1

Wilcher yet to be announced 100%, he's already there. Re. Dusha, averages around 6ppg, good distribution but the bigger issue is who will score the ball on the 7 or so players announced. It ain't going to be Dusha, Wilcher, Hart, Shelton with guys like Okoroh with a lot to prove . Unless there is an unannounced out and out absolute baller who will make a consistent 20 ppg waiting to be announced over the next week or so, Patriots looks like it will struggle to make 60 ppg. Personally would've brought in 7 pro's, two of which can properly ball, backfill the rest with rotation/Uni guys. The no doubt very tight budget seems spread thinly around a bunch of guys who have no proven ability to score the ball in the BBL. Could be a long season ahead, but hey, they have a team! |

It's constructive and based on what those guys have been doing in previous seasons. Can't dress up something on a false pretence. Keeping expectations under control is important. Otherwise the Plymouth fans will get unsettled at the new franchise, fans are fickle. Soon will forget they should be grateful to have a team and then will turn when the going gets tough and that's the last thing they need. PJ will have them defensively tough to beat as always - it will be the offensive end that will decide it. It is a huge season for PJ's recruitment, especially without his number 2.

I also wasn’t slagging him off was merely stating I know he is not as well liked as he thinks and has and is treating staff and volunteers at the club and pavilions wrongly. That is a fact! We have to think positively about the patriots otherwise what’s the point supporting them, mate! |

As one of the volunteers I am genuinely baffled by this as I assumed you meant Paul Nicholson or Paul James the head coach, do you mean Paul James the former director?
