Ignoring the official board liar, this has to be one of the biggest giantkillings ever. They're a glorified school team who've lost the core of their team to colleges in the States. They lost at Essex (whose best player has gone to Hemel) and were hammered by Worthing who were on the back end of a double header. As for Surrey, I wonder what the point is. They bumble around the bottom three, trying the same things that clearly don't work. They'd probably be better off in D1. I should have sold them a franchise... |

The ladies were superb - didn’t watch the game today but I do think Coach Vear is splendid as a coach and as a bloke so congrats to him and his lads. Whilst I hate how this back and forth takes over most posts. It is a bit rich calling someone childish right after you have criticised someone mistyping a word which clearly was intended to say live (V is next to C on the keyboard). Careful, he'll pick you up on mis-spelling "ruining"  It's all he's got. He managed to goad me into sending him an FRO message (though I'm no IRF, I didn't physically threaten him) but then failed miserably in his claims I'd sent further messages - even threatening to go to the police. He's a joke of a man, his story that he's a roofer whose going to retire in his mid-30s despite having kids to support is ludicrous in the extreme. So being able to point out that I'd hit the wrong key in a single word on a blog he hates (but still reads) is a real win for him. |

Every thread you two enter ends up like this and is the main reason I and others don't bother to post anymore.
Also, those private messages are an absolute disgrace. The fact they didn't result in a permanent ban is a terrible reflection of the moderation on the site.

mrtallDoes this board have a tool that allows mods to move sections of threads if in the wrong section? If it does, can you create a thread that you can move the stuff above to and the rest of us can read it at our choice, rather than because it's spamming yet another topic, or more likely simply ignore it? Also, if somebody ever messaged me wishing ill to any member of my family and I knew where to find them most weekends, I'd quite happily drive the length of the country and ask them to tell me why in person. Indeed, if I knew of anybody doing such things at Plymouth Basketball Club, I'd be holding an emergency committee meeting with the sole aim of seeking their removal.

That's not actually what I sent, while he can't master a screen shot, he does seem to be able to edit a cut & paste job. It wasn't my finest moment, but you didn't see the rest of the pm thread - a pm I started in the hope that if I asked what his problem with me is. You might was to ask yourself why I finally snapped and told him to FRO. But your suggestion is a good one. He should get out from behind the keyboard, come out from under his bridge and grow enough of a spine to say things like I shouldn't work with kids to my face. But he won't, of course. |
