Not sure if it’s current but Riders Instagram feed show the squad doing half court shots after practice,
The good news is Marc Loving and DNH are both in it, so hopefully they are both available for Sunday’s game....

One would assume those half court fun and games were filmed at a recent practice. DNH was boot-free but he did shoot his shot like a football throw in. I doubt either side will believe there's a huge amount to be gained playing Sharks instead of Phoenix in the quarters so it would be senseless to risk any player that isn't 100%. That being said, both club's 2nd teams appear to have NBL commitments Sunday so I guess the healthy first teamers will have to play a bit.
I just hope no one turns up at the Copper Box on Sunday expecting to watch a basketball game. They'll be most confused when they arrive to see a bunch of people in foam helmets kicking one another. Incredible to me that the Flyers game still shows up on Lions' fixture list (and was only recently removed from Bristol's) when it was apparently clear months ago that it couldn't possibly be going ahead. According to Lions' fixture list they're also playing a home league game against Riders on the 21st. This one never even showed up on our fixture list and is now listed as postponed on their ticketmaster. No mention of the postponement anywhere else though.

Going to be tough to beat Lions if Loving can't play, especially since JW & JR are back and in fine form.
Don't think much depends on the win (top of the group) but both coaches will want the victory.

Riders' depleted roster owing to injury is really making life for Lions much easier. Their height advantage is killing us in the paint at both ends of the floor.

Despite missing two of our starters I thought Riders were great. Managed to come back from 19 down to just one point adrift. Losing to Lions actually means we play my preferred team in the QF, Phoenix. All in all, not a bad result for Riders!

Definitely Jets next Saturday 20.00 and not Sharks,
It was announced at the end of tonight’s game,
Lions top the group and Sharks finished 4th
Riders came 2nd with Jets finishing 3rd
1 plays 4 and 2 plays 3.
Neither coach looked like they really wanted the win tonight, we both must have wanted to take on the Jets.

Had to check my calendar as I was suddenly transported back about 10 years. Ah remember it well, a win against Leeds Force then a game against Leicester in their temporary home in Loughborough. Oh sorry, the mention of Jets threw me for a minute.

I can only guess that me & Flashscore have the tables based upon points / losses / total points difference whereas now all games have been completed its now based upon points / losses / aggregate H2H result...........
Can someone confirm that Cheshire had the H2H over Sheffield?

I don't think Riders will be too fussed about that game. It was a pity to let it slip when they had pulled it back to a one-point game, but in the scheme of things, so what. That's the problem with competitions that are designed to have minimum jeopardy. Some pretty odd calls by the refs made it more entertaining.
