I’m hopeful of a Lions victory over 2 legs. The only thing I don’t really like the look of is Lions having to travel down to Plymouth for the first game on Sunday, then back to London for the second game on Monday. Was hoping for a Friday/Monday or Saturday/Monday schedule. Either way, looking forward to a Bank Holiday Monday visit to the Copper Box.  |

Raiders could be a very capable team in the playoffs but they lack consistency.

Win the league and get a horrific travel schedule. Luckily we only have 1 trip for the games which will work to our advantage. Weve beaten them at home already this season, when justin Robinson was made to look terrible by our 18 year old uni student.
I'm going to let down the air in the bus tyres so they have a delayed leave after the game too

A good fight put up by Raiders but Vince and Lions made no friends tonight trying to rough Raiders up. Amazing only Robinson fouled out. At one stage I wondered whether Lions would end the game with at least five players, Josh solid again. Shame Donte fouled out in what may be his last game at the Pavilions. I know we love to moan about the refs but we sank to new depths tonight

I thought the refs did a good job at letting a playoff battle play out in the most part. Didn't help with all the flopping from a certain player tho

Incredibly intelligent player, particularly in regard to creating the contact from the opposition player. Both teams were very physical, I'd expect nothing less from a PJ team. I have no idea where Brummiedunk is coming from but those tinted glasses are working serious overtime! Josh gets away with too many push-offs, constantly did it against Jordan. |

Was slightly surprised to see the tiny mini busses the lions were getting back on tho! Guess overnight hotel and court hire for a warm up session this morning was a bit too much |

It was a really good game, both teams gave everything. 2 well matched teams & with Donte, anything can happen.
Although Riders are down by 6, with the additional travelling Lions have had to make, they've got to feel they have a decent opportunity to progress.
