On paper this is probably one of the weakest eagles team we've ever seen and on paper London are the strongest team we've seen since the 90s.
That being said my moneys on Newcastle

Should be an interesting game...
For me the Lions we've seen on the court so far haven't lived up to expectations, with the exception of the Basketball Champions League qualifying game.
Having said that, that's been the only 'competitive' game (i.e. the only one that meant anything) we've seen them play.
So now that we're playing games that actually count for something I'm expecting (hoping) to start to see an improved performance.
And FYI - this game will be available for FREE on London Lions YouTube channel.

That being said my moneys on Newcastle Bit harsh on the Eagles squad I would say. I think the roster is better on paper than what we've had for the past 2 seasons, especially considering the circumstances we find ourselves in at the moment. Although one friendly is all I've had to judge them on this season they comfortably brushed aside a Sharks team a lot of people have been raving about. I would agree it's a good time to play Lions though and it will be nice to see how we stack up against them in a competitive game. |

I dont think I'm being harsh, im not saying they're a bad team , still a top 4 team just not as good as teams of the past

Some great highlight plays there, Lions looking ok on offence, certainly more of a unit than in the Champions League, but cannot cope with the Eagles on the break
