As an avid follower of German basketball, I really wouldn’t have said Rostock was a big step up from Raiders.TBH, I am just glad he isn’t playing for another BBL team!

...a step up, yes. ProA is a high lebvel but I was thinkng he might sign for Bremerhaven, Jena or somebody like that. Decent crowds and consistently good arenas, though.

Tony Hicks ex Shorchers played there last season. Must be better the UK.

Better, yes, but not significantly. Given the hype around Donte, this is a bit of a damp squib. Let’s remember the time we went to Surrey last season and played without Donte; turned in a fantastic, all round team performance and put 70 pts on the board by ht.

Donte was a fantastic player, not worried about not having him tho, he certainly won us some game, certainly lost is some games too. Wish him nothing but success wherever he goes

None at all. The signings have been so unpredictable it could be Barry from up the road. 🤷🏼♂️ I am however excited to see what PJ has put together and can’t wait for the season to start.

Nice one. P J has Good contacts in Lithuania. Last piece of the puzzle or one more to come. Mr T, will this lot get into the top 4.?

Mr T, do they, should they get one more decent player who could make the difference. If not why not. If the do what will it do, to the team for the season.

Player wise at present I'd say were a it better off than last year.
Newest guy as a replacement from Joonas. He underperformed in my opinion last year, smaller but just as versatile with a worse 3 point %
Hassan for a full season makes better at that position.
Whilchsr is Whilcher, huge fan of who he is and what he does for us.
New guy at SF will be a downgrade to Donte but seems like an average rookie American so I'm not going to complain.
Hylands seems to be a similar scoring ability player to Uno but without the defensive intensity, although reading reports from college he seems to be a more consistent scorer.
Denz gets better every year, will probably average 8-10 points this year. Needs to shoot more and not rely on his athleticism to get to the hoop. I know he works on his shooting with his skills coach in the summer so hopefully itll happen.
Not sure the new 7 footer will change the way the opponents play as much as Zak did for us but I wouldn't be surprised to see him average 10 boards a game, that's why PJ brought him in.
I want to see Okiki do more, he had glimpses of greatness then nothing. Needs to be more this year.
Palmer, if I'm honest I'll pass. Didnt impress me last year, hes like a 5th option at his position. Cant see him getting game time

Averaged 9.3 last season, hassan doesnt rebound leaving more for him Don't think it works like that. Hassan doesn't rebound, if the new guy isn't good enough then the other team gets more offensive rebounds. You don't take it in turns, it isn't the Harlem Globetrotters!

No you dont but if your main inside player is boxing out and not attacking them it leaves you more chance.
