Anybody have any idea what has happened to Riders Two European away friendly’s They were due to play today and tomorrow, I don’t recall these being cancelled but also I’ve not saw anything about them travelling out to play There has been a total lack of communication from the club to the fans since day one of pre-season training. Then we had four still images of Kyron Cartwright looking extremely glum, Namon Wright using his phone,Joe Scott talking to Jamall Anderson and Josh Ward-Hibbert all taken in the locker room, since then nothing, diddlysquat, on any of the social media platforms, no information about whether all our signings have turned up, are fit etc etc. The game tonight was on the Belfius Mons-Hainaut website, the one scheduled for tomorrow was not. Since then the one tonight has been removed. WTF is going on?
I too was thinking there had been a lack of updates on all the social media sites, There are usually plenty of updates from Joe Pinchin, time will only tell |

Joe Pinchin has been doing a lot of stuff for hoopsfix out the country. Strange no comments tho, has anyone directly asked the club?

There will be at least 5 u18s who id expect to be ready to play d2 as they played parts last year... I honestly have no clue though, I’ll meet you there and we can pass judgement together!

I should say that I want Magic back in D1 asap - too big a club not to be.

There's a picture of Cartwright looking less suicidal on our Instagram. I do agree though that the lack of social media content since the start of training seems odd, as does the apparent cancellation of our Belgium trip with no explanation. Hopefully this isn't the precursor to another shambolic start to a season. |

Not too fussed about Gamble really but it would be nice to know that the nine guys we have announced are here and healthy and looking like decent basketball players. The silence makes you wonder...

Was a good game, lots of errors as expected at this stage but better than I thought it would be for this time of year. Looking forward to watching magic develop as they have a lot of young talent with a few older heads and I thought they were promising tonight against a really talented spinners team. Spinner have 6/7 players who will be tough to compete with at their level.. bit of a drop off after that but If Greg can keep the main guys engaged at that level and develop some of their youngsters they will be difficult for anyone to stop at d3 but it’s always easier said than done to keep them all engaged!

Riders' social media pix of players training seems to show the usual suspects but not the whole roster. Is it paranoid to wonder if there are reasons for that? It'll be very disappointing if we don't get to see all the individuals announced as having signed playing at our first pre-season game.

Rumour is that the 2 announced Americans fly in at the Weekend. |
