It is obviously impossible to prove but I agree with Hersey that the top teams of the past would dominate if playing in the BBL today. There are many good players in the league today, but there were several great players then.

I do think the quality of the weakest teams has improved. Absolutely the teams Heresy mentioned would dominate today as would the Tigers, Riders and Eagles teams of recent years. As for the jet wash team no problem. That’s not decrying what lions have achieved. Personally I
thought they might sweep this year
