Yeah I saw that on their social media.
If we sign Jamal we are showing no ambition at all, so please NO.
Am sure he is a great guy in the locker room, training and with the kids in their hoops for health programme but am sure the same could be said for many of the other players like Fletch, Lasker, Darius etc. Difference is they back it up on the court and you canโt have one without the other.
Am hoping for some young British talent who is hungry to prove themselves.

So IRF scores Eagle signings but neglects Riders ? Surely we need to see both sets of scores to see how jealous he really is, and see which Eagles signings if any reach Nimley status and become IRF/INF's newest middle initial ?

Not ones to be hurried with their player announcements, but a ways to go to fill out the roster. Could be interesting to see how things heat up

I would have scored Nimley an 8 when he signed. I was actually worried about him - hence why I tried to create doubt I will do a Riders v Eagles score once they sign a few players

I don't have the answers - just the questions
But I'm sure El Basketo is suggesting Eagles are signing a player from a team with Heat in their name or even a player with Heat in their own name?

Perhaps Fab pulled some strings during his stint in the Summer League and managed to persuade D-Wade out of retirement? New player coach next season? ๐คช

I would say that both under-performed last season. Riders will be strong, make no mistake. The interesting question is how Eagles will respond with their recruitment. I suspect more change than INF is hoping for with one or two surprises. But only time will tell.

I suspect more change than INF is hoping for with one or two surprises. But only time will tell. Riders under performed early season. By the end of season they were best team in BBL with a bit to spare. Rob saw the issues, took action and addressed them. Sign of a good coach. Eagles started ok ish and gradually got worse. Last few seasons Eagles have actually got worse as the season progressed IMO.

Yes, Eagles under-performed but so did Leicester last year - why not just be honest INF? With the roster Rob had last season ( including the two best PGs in the league) , Riders simply under-performed. There's no point getting it right just in time for thre playoffs when you've had a squad like that and the other three titles have gone west.
With their returning core, plus good new recruits like Walker, Riders will be tough this season. Others will be too, I'm sure. It will be interesting to see where Eagles go with their recruitment. I have no inside track but am hoping for some interesting changes and maybe a surprise or two.

If Eagles could "under perform" and get runners up in the league and win the playoffs then it would be a HUGE step forward for them lets be honest Thats why I rate Rob 9 and Fab 7 You asked me to give ratings. That's honest opinion. I could have rated Fab lower tbh but I'm giving him 7 due to past history

So touchy, INF. Anyone would think you're worried. Maybe even an it's weeny bit afraid? No - not touchy at all? What makes you think that? Nothing Eagles have done in the last few years suggests to me they are capable of rebuilding overnight to get to the level needed to challenge for the league I believe Lions will be our biggest challengers this season again. Certainly not afraid of Eagles. If Eagles create a squad capable of challenging for the league I will be very surprised
